The manual for the SSRMAN does a good job of showing you how to hook it all up to run with a POT.
You have all the parts just need the POT yet

Guys thanks for all the helpful input and suggestions. I appreciate your willingness to help. I think I have my parts selection figured out. I already had most parts due to the business I'm in (pool equipment repair for a leading edge company gives you access to lots of electronic and electrical equipment). The only parts I didn't have were the SSR and phase angle control board. I bought the SSRMAN-P1 board and one of Crydoms SSRS with suitable switching mode, input voltage and amp rating (hesitant to give part number. Don't want to step on any toes.) As soon as the SSR and phase angle control get here I'll test and update.
