i have a sf110 that runs for a few minutes and one motor will shut off and it overheats quickly this is only on the intake side, what steps should i take to see what my problem is.

Are the 2 motors the same? If yes swap them over and see if the changed intake side shuts off, if it does you may have a wiring issue, if the original motor shuts off when doing exhaust testing it's probably the motor needs replacing.
