Hi.
I have an issue on my calibration, of some kind of reason my 50cfm plate is way out, im flowing 62CFM. the plate is bolted directly to the bench and with grease to make sure it is sealed and doesnt leak.
But....
When i flow my 150, 200, 250 and up they are all flow correct (within 1 cfm difference from the plate)
Does anyone have some ideas whats wrong?
Regards Chris.

Re: Calibration issues.
Welcome to the Forum Chris.
Don't really know, but I think I would first be making absolutely sure there are zero leaks.
One of my very early flow bench efforts leaked badly through the actual particle board itself. A bucket of warm soapy water with lots of bubbles told me my whole unpainted bench was porous everywhere.
At least you will then know for sure your bench is totally leak free, its then one less possibility to consider.
