My post was not meant to be an "us versus them" . . . we all have this tool we called a flowbench how we use it is up to the end user. How we get to the part where we feel confident with our numbers is also a personal thing.
I've had my share of flowbench calibration and it's not all as easy as just throwing some plates or head on top of the bench

Hi guys
Haven't been on in quite a while.
But then again, my bench works great Just as it has for 5 years. Pay no attention to those that feel the need to spend more than they need to in order to accomplish something as simple as CFM & Velocity numbers.
Just like it has been since 2004 when I stumbled across the old forum. Everything you need to produce a top quality, accurate, repeatable flow bench is right here.....including the electronics.... Some just refuse to accept that
