Orifice in a tube
What do you people think about a simple flowbench design where there is just an orifice in a tube? I mean something similar like a PerformanceTrend's "EZ Flow System"...

Some pretty lengthy discussions in the old forum on this subject but at the present moment we do not have access to that info for reference*.
I know the discussion was pretty much fact that the Cd of the plate in the pipe will change over it's working range. Looking at it from a cost factor for what they charge for the PVC pipe flowbench parts I would go another route for what you get for your money but I'm biased in that view point.
