Re: SF Sizes
Square edge laser or water jet cut from what I saw, on the plate I had pics of.

Re: SF Sizes
OK, I think I'm done! LOL..
Unboxed this thing and put my 2.250 plate on it.
On my PTS I have it set at 356.3cfm
(13.29 * 2.250 * 2.250) * SQRT of test pressure = 356.0
#5 hole.. 359.9
#6 hole.. 360.7
What do you think of that!

Re: SF Sizes
Think you can sell it to someone else now and go back to using your own bench!!

Re: SF Sizes
Here is my first test. I didn't have enough gage oil, so I hooked my FP1 to the SF. I used the 2.250 plate and set the dc at 356.00 cfm on the #5 hole.
I took the fixture off, with head attached, the PTS and bolted it to the SF
Here is what I have with my PTS bench.
.200 153.3
.300 222.5
.400 266.5
.500 298.6
.600 318.7
.700 329.3
.800 332.5
.900 334.4
1.00 335.9
Here is what I have with the SF Bench
.200 154.6
.300 225.5
.400 268.6
.500 299.8
.600 317.6
.700 324.7
.800 327.4
.900 329.2
1.00 331.9
This shows me EXACTLY what is important, the DIY bench IS linear!
Another thing of interest, my dc on the PTS is .595, it's .590 on the SF.

Re: SF Sizes
Chad,
On # 5 that 1.0002% and #6 that is a 1.21% error against the PTS DM there must be somthing obvious we are missing.
Just what configuration are you using in your PTS DM?
Are you sure the big blue is level it can't be that close LOL
Rick
