Don't listen to that small voice of temptation !Brucepts wrote: Actually it's been a thought of Rick and mine to re-look at the pitot flowbench application again now that we have a pretty good handle on the orifice style flowbench.
You guys must remain strong and resist the pull of the dark side.

Bruce;
I see you're using PVC slide valves in the tube- I used one in an orifice bench back in the mid 90's to mount orifices- worked great, no leaks.
As far as the "Dark Side" is concerned- If it feels good, do it. Life is short. Lord Vader will show you the path to Universal Domination over PTS and Audie Technology!

Re: A trip to the "Pitot Dark Side" . . .
Update,
A little update on all things FlowSoft Orifice and Pito. A while back I put the breaks on everything I do until I finished a specific project I started on 5 or 6 years ago. That was when I first came to Tractorsport looking to build a new flowbench with wide eyed dreams of 1000cfm and 100” of depression LOL! Green to say the least. I have been contributing and working on many others projects and continuing to flow on my one direction scrap wood box.
I have finally finished my project not a 1000cfm at 100” but something very useful and one that will allow me to really advance FlowSoft and the PTS Design bench. It will come down off the workbench tonight and find its resting place in the shop this weekend then Programming will take full precedence of my spare time.
I will post some pics and a full write up next week under members projects.
