I got my set op plates (a set of PAP plates with smaller 50cfm instead a 300 cfm plate as the heads I test never get past 150 CFM), they look very nice, and as far as I can tell the tax man did not bother.
So it is possible to send stuff to Europe without problems with the USPS
Transit time is about a week including customs.cheers
