LMAO that was great Rick!

Here is a few pics of my latest project making as set of these for the heads I work on,
HD and S&S, Evo and TC I am making them in internal bores of Stock and ported diameters holding the overall then to +/- .010 on the entire set. I have also made the same to mimic the carb and that way I can flow the manifold in series also, last I will make a similar set to match the carbs I flow. Hope is to eliminate any confusion of data relating to dissimilar intake paths.


These are stock aluminum tube bored with a 1” thick PVC that I machine to the radius, amazing what you can do with a router bit set up in the tool post.

Robert, something like this will make a super efficient bellmouth very quickly.

The pilot bearing on the end guides the router bit around the inside edge of the hole, forming a lovely smooth radiused entry into any shaped hole.

you can do with a router bit set up in the tool post.

Robert I use a cheep HSS router bit with 1/2 radius in the tool post holder not the whole router! Yet!!!
