John, The second drywall shot looks like my garage except the garage isn't quite as well organized! I'm in Hawaii right now and the wife and I were strolling through an art gallery on Kauai when I saw a number of paintings from John Holm. You never mentioned that you were an artist! -- Doug

Your garage or my garage isn't organized? ;)
Did you see the inside photo? Talk about a mess! Hotz, we were hoping to be in for Halloween. I sure hope they hurry as the interest rate has gone up 1% and that added $36,000 in interest

36K! Great impact on the budget, now 1% per month or year, here in Brazil lowered interest rates to 3 or 4% per month, which was unchanged at 10%.
Dear it is credit card interest 17% per month, very difficult here borrowing destroy any budget.
A good example of when buying a car 1.0 (Popular) funded the value 10K, reaches the end of the loan to pay the doubled value. For this reason, for us middle-class cars are a luxury item.

But everyone has a car and a bible in the glove box ( bible = booklet the bank with the plots)

Time to check in and see if everyone is surviving this cold snap. Now Hotz can brag about his warmth in Brazil ;-) Here in Grantsville Utah been around 19º during the day and dipping to single digits at night. Here is a picture that shows how clear it is here but it is colder than a mother-in-law's kiss.

btw the furnace in my new home quit working. Caused by a faulty installation. They came right out and fixed it but it always amazes me how people never seem to have time to do it right the first time but always have time to come back a second time. Seems like they would make a lot more money just doing it correctly the first time.

Hotz,
You measure in Celsius don't you? So your 34º would be 93º F correct? The 19º I gave was Fahrenheit so that would be -7.2ºC Even colder than you thought? Remember colder than a Mother-in-law's kiss ;)
