John, I don't think it is a VW, but it is definitely a coop! The rear window is too long for a Beetle and the top slopes too much for a 412. Also, if it were a Beetle, the chickens would probably have eaten it by now! -- Doug

I think it is a type 3 VW fastback. Here is a picture of an intact one.

This could have been posted under Robert's (ivanhoe) thread. This is one cool ride. I just would not olan on using it for a quick get away from a bank robbery just in case it stalled and you had to restart it
Robert please make yours easier to start.

Take a ride with this guy on a go kart with a 4 cylinder motorcyle engine. I know you have seen them before but this is a long ride through town etc. Notice how many laws he breaks in the process. It is one fast kart and he is driving it fast!
