Lowest lift you see flow on single orifice DM flowbench

I was checking the leakage on a cylinder head with this MSD bench, and I was wondering how sensitive the bench is toward leakage.

Using this MSD, single orifice(2.54" 0-350cfm), FP1 DM bench, I only get reading at 0.015" on a 1.94 valve of 4 cfm.

How low are other people getting readings on single orifice bench?
