help with an unconventional flowbench design

Hello everyone, first time poster so I hope I've come to the right place!

I'm trying to build/correct a flowbench that an intern made for testing airplane air valve gaspers, so I assume my needs are slightly different from how you typically build them for car engine cylinders/engines-

Attached is an excel sheet with all my calculations and every rabbit hole I've gone down in an attempt to trouble shoot it. I figure I'm at the point where I could use some feedback from some experts.

I realize it's a lot of data and whatnot, but I appreciate your time and any extra eyes that could look over what I've got/where I'm at and maybe point me in the right direction or let me know if I'm missing something glaring

Never knew what those air valves were called now I do . . . we didn't have those on C-130's that I worked on.

Beyond my pay-grade of flowbench design. I know there are some on here that have worked with blow-down style of flowbenches so it might take a few days for someone else to chime in.

Yep totally understandable. especially around the holidays I'm sure everyone is busy making family plans, etc

I did a little cfd just to explore some potential issues with the design. Someone may find it interesting! It's a work in progress tho
