What are folks using to seal the removable doors on your flow benches? I am just about to finish the blower box access panel so I need to figure out a sealing method. What do you guys suggest? I'd prefer it be something easily had at a box store and maybe reusable like weather stripping.

I used the thick wide black foam rubber on my bench. Next bench is getting a rubber flat seal. You could use silicone sealant that is removable, if you are talking motor access you don't need to get in that all that much.

I used a steel angle frame with a soft wide sponge neoprene gasket glued on.
The long bolts are threaded into the frame from the inside and the heads locked with epoxy.
This makes replacing the panel far easier, just pop the panel onto the long studs, and fit the nuts.
Removing and replacing large access panels like this is fast and easy, it is extremely strong, and it has never leaked.
