How many of you are seeing the PTS logo at the top with a light blue background?
What browser are you using?
It should show up with the header background showing through, I know some versions of Netscape has problems with this.

I,m on aol or internet explorer and the background that i see is a light gray/bluish.

I'm seeing the first one with both Firefox 3.5.2 and IE 7.0
