pass around plates

so the purpose of these plates is to see if you flowbench is accurate, is there a range and cfm # on the plates to check against? thanks- tom

The "pass around plates" were the same type of plates used in bench calibrations. However they were sent out to test how close benches are across the country. They were not used to calibrate but to just be read in regards to CFM. The people who had them sent back what the plate flowed and then sent the plates to the next guy. Check out the PAP thread Bruce posted with the results.

If you need a plate to calibrate a bench, Bruce will hook you up with the range needed based on bench type.
