Hi!
As mentioned in the title: Are these valves an option to clippard MTV-5 valves or has anyone any experience with these:

Do I have to be concerned about the fact, that they are rated for a pressure range from 1,5 to 8 bars? Will they seal properly if they are used in an application like a flowbench, where pressure is lower than 0,1 bar?

They say 2 position 5 ports so they are what you need. I would not be to concerned with them working in a vacuum versus pressure as I highly doubt you would have a problem with the o-ring seal with the pressures we are working with.
You will have to adapt the 1/8" npt to your tubing. The MTV-5 valves come with a 10-32 so a simple barb fitting is what I use. You would just need to get barb fittings in 1/8" npt

Hi Bruce,
thank you for your evaluation, I will give those asian valves a try. Of course I will report, if they work properly when I have tested them. Connecting them airtight should not be a problem, I got different types of decent fittings available at my working place like these:

I've already received the above mentioned toggle valves. Today I had got some free time to test them, but I'm sorry I have to say, that they are usesless for me because the are leaking a little bit in one direction. I will try to dismantle one to find out why they are leaking, maybe I can fix it. For now I can only advise everyone not to buy them.
