Speed Control

Post by HDBD »

What is the availability of the speed control in 100" PID?
Do you offer any software to capture the results, or does this integrate with Excel

The PTS Digital Manometer (DM) comes in 40 or 100" versions and basically is digital output of the flowbench pressures. http://www.flowbenchtech.com/digitalmanometer.html

The 40 - 100" Digtal Manometer has downloadable software here on the forum, it also works with FlowSoft Excel which is supported by Larryc a member here on the forum http://www.cavanaughracing.com/flowsoftexcel.html you first need to load my software before FlowSoft Excel will work stand-alone.

The PID control works with a Solid State Relay/Phase Angle Control (SSR) to control the speed of the motors and is different than the PTS Digital Manometer. The PID is manually set at your first test point and then after that speeds the motors up or down to maintain the set depression, it is not computer controlled. It also will work with other electrical devices for speed regulation but th emost common application is with the SSR

The DM is a different unit than the PID
