I hate getting political on this forum but this has to be the biggest BULLSHIT! idea ever! I could not read it without laughing my butt off and that would take a lot of laughing. From what I can gather this is a serious idea. Who in the hell did we elect and send to Washington? As you can tell this story really pushed my buttons.

The continual budget overspending problem could be very easily fixed.

Just change things so that Congressional salaries, allowances and pensions only continue to get paid while a budget surplus exists.
