I noticed it had PTS orifices in it.

I remember it being built on this forum a long time ago, because I didn't like the bowl idea at the time.

Yes, its all a bit odd, but like many of us here, someone has had a go at building a flow bench, and discovered a few problems along the way. And all due credit to them !
Quite a few of us have been there, done that, and learned a lot from some of the things that did not work quite as well as originally hoped.

A very good reason why anyone totally new to flow benching, should get a set of Forum flow bench plans at a very early stage and avoid the problems many of us had to discover the HARD WAY.

But he used a mdf wood, This material isn't the best choiche for me.
I use a 20-25mm multilayer wood.

1 inch MDF bulkheads, lots of glue, and screws.. Thats how its gotta be...

In that situation there is only one answer, that is to put a 3/4 sq section piece of wood down the length of the joint on one side.
Glue & screw it into both boards and it won't go anywhere.
Nothing else will be as strong.
When it comes to sheet material you can't fix into the edges as it just isn't strong in that direction, depending on which way you pull it if the fixings don't just pull out it will split. Glue doesn't stick very well to board edges.

Conversely, fixing through the face of a sheet is very strong.

Simply mistake of building ...
Spaces between screws is very near, very long screw (information forum) ..
MDF creates continuous fissures.
I think 4 inches apart, 3 inches minimum
Use a good glue, in today's times exists especias glues, which also seal the air ..
