Deck plates,orifice plates

Hi man,
Had some question for the deck plates.
1)that deck plate resist to the depressure of our bench?( 28" or more,under 36")
2)to install,change or othe manteinance of the orifice plate,I need one or two hole,covered by deck plates?The bench were I build have only one hole for inspection\manteinance and replace the orifice plate.It's enough?

1) Yes, they work fine

2) You need a second access to the bottom chamber incase you drop something into the flowbench
