What is a good way of stopping the unused motors from spinning in a mercdog/msd bench? I thought about using rubber stoppers to stop the motors I am not using but is there a better way?

I would like to experiment with one of these when I get the bench done. 2" valves can be had for about $15 (1.5" $10.) Has any one ever seen these before? Lowes has the spring disc type, (this one is a swing type) but I could see that restricting flow.

I once worked in the electronics department of a hospital, and that looks like the sort of one way valve they commonly use in medical breathing pipework, respirators and similar applications.
