Try placing your hand over one of those computer fans, the pressure developed is just about zero. Axial fans (all of them) are hopeless at developing serious pressure, and are therefore completely unsuitable for an automotive flow bench.
Even radial fans need to run at very high tip speeds to develop the sort of pressures we need, which is why they are usually noisy. This topic is all going in exactly the wrong direction.
A much better solution is to use one large single blower driven by a suitable motor of several horsepower. A secondhand industrial pressure blower or resurrected supercharger is the sort of thing to be thinking about. Something capable of some serious pressure and flow numbers at reasonably high efficiency.
Also known as the infamous "Warpspeed" on some other Forums.
