Ok, so most of the parts for the flowbench can just about be found anywhere, but what about the head adapter? Where can I buy one? Or can one be made inexpensively?? and from what materials??
Thanks

All you need is a metal or plastic pipe that has exactly the same inside bore diameter as your engine.
Then just make a fixture to centre the cylinder head over the pipe, and the pipe over the bench test hole. Wood, metal, or plastic, it all works.

I bought the clear arcrylic tube from MCMaster Carr 1'x 4.125 25 bux the sheet arcrylic I already had. The top of the stand has 1/16" rubber adhesive back durometer 40-10 bux, three studs in a chevy bolt pattern hold the head down and can be removed for a ford or whatever. You could build it pretty cheap but the flat arcrylic is expensive. If I were to make another I would use aluminum for the head mount, arcrylic tube for the cylinder oringed so the top is removable.
