I have an SF110 and want to modify it to flow more at higher velocities. Is it possible or should I just sell it and get something else.

The SF-110 is a very basic unit as you know with limited air flow and test pressure.
In my opinion you would be better off selling the 110 unit to a new flow bench enthusiast and using the money plus additional funds to build a
custom higher capacity flow bench to meet your new needs. Many on the board now have built
new upgraded performance benches.

You could upgrade it slightly to the SF-120 spec by buying the bigger blowers. Grainger number 4M903. They get wired in series and run on 220 and it's said the bench will then reach 15" as opposed to the 10" of the 110.
Keep my E-mail should you decide to sell.

Airflow will be up too with the higher test pressure so the whole bench would need to be recalibrated for the higher flow/test pressure
