Racear, thanks for the pictures. Would you mind posting the schematics for the air system, yours looks a lot less complicated than what I have seen on the Rottler hones!
I'm making up a dummy hone this weekend to set everything up on and check out some ideas I have been thinking out over the last couple of months. Also, what diameter ram did you end up using on yours? I have a ram about 80mm diameter bore and 30mm shaft which I think will do the job.
