I received the following reply from my website host today:

If you are experiencing problems with connecting to a database-driven application on your website, please be aware that we have recently received an unprecedented, increased volume in interest to our hosting services, specifically relating to our database services. As a result, users may occasionally be required to reload the browser to browse to database-driven applications on your website. This is temporary. Our Technology Team has planned to implement several upgrades over the next short while to better accomodate the wider interest in our services.
Seems like the best time to log into the forum if you are having problems is EST evening hours, I am sorry for this minor problem with the forum. I have not had any problems with my host since I have used them (so I'm not going to change anytime soon since the forum is free of charge) so we are going to have to deal with this till they take care of it on thier end.
