Reality check anyone?

Place to post/discuss programs & spreadsheets useful for flowbenching. FPExcel, Pipemax etc . . .

I've gathered some numbers but they seem a bit high to me. Calibration looks too good, I get 204.7cfm from a plate that was flowed at 205 cfm. The numbers I'm getting from the head seem high to me though. Could someone take a look at this spreadsheet and double check my calculations?

This spreadsheet is based on Ed's Pitot Calculations, and is a slightly modified version of Freeflow. I'm manually entering numbers from my water manometers. The right hand side of the 'Calculated Parameters' area I enter the reading from my incline. It's divided by the incline ratio right below, then converted to cfm and finally corrected by the calibration factor. From there I'm entering the number in the appropriate cell to save it.

I *think* this is OK, just looking for a reality check here.

Thanks,
Bill

Here's your sheet with a command button on it so you can just click it and run it...
