Here's my FreeFlow spreadsheet. This is for a Pitot type bench using the Dataq hardware for flow pressures. I started out with Rocco's pitot calc spreadsheet and added in the VBA code to display and acquire data. You need to have the Dataq software installed on your machine, and you have to enable macros when it loads.

You can download the Dataq software here (I *think* this includes the necessary DLLs)....
or buy a 194 here for $25....

I also have a dataq 194 dac unit and ashcroft sensors, also have the windaqxl program. I have had some sucess importing some data to the fpxl program. The only useabel data sofar has been to get the test presure imported I havn't had any luck on the cfm data I suspect I will have to use a excel spread sheet and the correct math to import that data. What I need is the formulas to convert the depression data into cfm?

Thanks for the tip on where to look. I have several diffrential sensers 0-10" WC and a 0-50" WC . The output is a 4-20 MA which is converted into engeniering units that you set the high and low calibration to match your needs. The output is exported to a xl spread sheet. This is going to be my first attempt at a flow bench and I have a lot to learn. Any and all input is welcome. I will post details later. I will be using a single 5hp belt drive blower 400 CFM@28".

Thanks for the tip in the right direction. I was able to import the data of two sensors into fpxl and have them produce meaningful numbers test pressure and cfm. I still have some buggs to work out in that my blower is still out of the bench. I have numbers that fluctuate which I believe is turbulance. I will see how things react when all is in place in the cabinent with ample plenums. If that dosn't do it I will try averaging 25 to 50 readings to see if that calms things down. The info on this fourm has helped me greatly Thanks All.
