Sold my 600 off a few years ago when I was disgusted with the biz but I always missed it's usefulness. I have been following everyone's exploits since then with the idea of making my own.

I recently came into possession of a 2 fair sized turbine air movers. It was orignally used in a factory to remove bad air from somewhere. I have not been able to locate the company and am trying to figure out whether or not it's worthy of being used as the bench source. Anyone recognize it or know anything about these types of air movers?

Made in El Cajon, Ca in mid 80s
Model 8x15 (assume that means something)
3450 rpm, 15 HP
