i wouldnt mind finding out how much air this thing can move and at what pressure

It is possible to make an educated guess.
If you know, or can find out the motor rpm and rotor outer diameter, that will give you the tip speed, and some basis for estimating the developed pressure.
If you know the pressure and motor horsepower, maximum flow might then be roughly guessed at.
For a flow bench, a rotor 24 inches diameter and 3,600 rpm should just reach about 30 inches pressure, and at least 5Hp (600 CFM ?) would be about the minimum size worth considering.
