Thought it would be good to have a place separate from the rest of the forum for me to discuss the PTS Plans in more detail and what I see or am working on in the future for the plans.


I'm planning on a kit to supply the required parts (or individual parts) to build this bench ie orifice plates, pressure pickups, deck plates, check valves, t-nuts, screws etc.

Might be a kit of CNC pre-cut panels and all one would have to do is assemble them into a bench.

There are a few other things in the works but as of yet are still in the R&D mode . . .

I took sometime the past day or two to do a redesign on my inclined manometer that would make it easier to construct using common sizes of material. I'm going to make up some drawings and a small bill-of-material so anyone can duplicate it. I'm also entertaining the thought of manufacturing some if there seems to be a need? I could also just supply the raw material cut to length, the stock comes in 6' or 8' lengths so building just one could be costly if you can't buy shorter lengths of raw material.

For right now this is just for the incline part a well still needs to be fabricated, it has 1/8" pipe thread on each end. It uses Head1st's scale which can be purchased in the forsale section.

Overall length is 24", it's based on a 1"x2" aluminum channel.
