I don't know why I didn't remember this sooner. Probably because the years I spent working on 18-wheelers aren't all that memorable.

If you go to Fruehauf, Transcraft, etc. where they sell flatbed trailers, and sidekits, or Merlot in Pittsburgh, etc. you should be able to get some sheets of their FRP. That stuff is super strong, and is commonly used in sidekits where the trucker needs to contain bulk freight on a flatbed trailer, as well as for general enclosure of other flatbed loads like steel and machinery.

It would probably be excellent material for building a rugged high depression/pressure flow bench.

That sounds ideal gofaster. I wonder if the boat builders are into that kind of stuff ? It would be very strong, and waterproof too.

Probably the weakest spot in the bench is the angled board holding the flowdisk [if you built it like the MSD bench]. Supports at the edge [top and bottom] should be easy to make.

Whether there are what parameters of size vaccum box and a box of pressurization, what is minimum on 6-8 motors .how to count?

6 good motors will support a 400 cfm bench.

8 good motors will support a 600 cfm bench.

Unfortunately the number of motors goes up as you need 16 motors to support 1200 cfm.
