First of I want to say thanks to all. Hopefully this will be my last stretch of insanity.
The new plate is .0500 thick (steel) and here are the hole sizes.
.930
1.320
1.590
1.770
2.550
3.625
4.193

I figured before I drive myself nuts with the math formulas what should I use for the CD in the formula?
Also as dumb as it sounds should I do the formula from left to right or right to left.

ok I just did the math using cfm=13.55*dia2 x sqrt 28"
heres what i came up with

.930 = 62.01
1.320= 124.92
1.590 = 181.26
1.770 = 224.62
2.550 = 466.22
3.625 = 942.18
4.193 = 1260.57
How far out are my numbers

I found with my .040" plate that the Ce was higher than what the 13.55 in the formula calcs out to. It should put you in the .5xx area. Mine worked out to be in the .7xx area. No two ranges ended up with the same calculated Ce.

In testing each range at 6 different pressures and averaging each range separately they came out to 114.5, 114.8, 114.1.

I'll wager that a little patience and some 400 or 600 paper could bring them all within .1 of each other.

I had a typo. That would have been .6xx not .5xx
