Am I reading all this info correct as you want the orifice plate as thin as possible? If so, how thin is "too thin"?
I'm looking at trying to work out a bench that will do 20-100cfm @ 28".
Also, I know I read it here just a few days ago but now I can not find it, what percentage of flow on the incline is a good range to stay in? If I remember right it was 60%-90%, but could be way off base.
Also, Also.. is there an "accepted" standard of the incline in the incline manometer? What I mean is, can the incline be "too" shallow if you are looking for very slight variences in cfm? I'm thinking you could also compound errors the more you lay it down.
