Info to build a head adapter

Hy to everybody, I'm searching drawing or ideas to drawi and make one head adapter, the bore I will use are: 54mm (little more than 2"), 77mm (liitle more then 3 ")and 96mm (little less than 4").
The better material will be acrilic material to have the sleeve transparent too see "inside" the air flow.
If someone have info please post link or plan.

So, I have a good idea for starting point.... because I have to work only on single cylinder head (motorcycles) it will be more easy and with less material.
But I finded this web site in AU, do you think it will be a good system?
