Temperature correction for orifice flowbench

Hi All! I bought an orifice flowbench that has two thermometers on it. The guy I bought it from said I need to record the temperature on each thermometer when I use the bench. Then I need to perform some conversions or calculations to correct the cfm because of the difference in temperature between the 2 thermometers. But he did not have the formula for doing this temperature correction for the flowbench. He said I could find it on the internet. So here I am, looking for the formula for the temperature correction for my flowbench. Can someone here help me?

Is this a name brand flow bench? can you post a picture? it sounds like a Superflow 110 or 120.

It's somewhat unusual for larger benches to require temperature correction usually, it's only compact benches like the SF 110/120 that require it. Have a look at the air flow path through your flowbench, specifically the position of the motors with respect to the part being tested, if the motors are in between the part and the orifice, it requires correction otherwise, it does not. Here's a simple schematic drawing to illustrate what I'm talking about. If you do indeed require correction, the tables already posted should work for you.
