looking for help - diy atv dyno

Hello all and thanks for any help that you can give me.
I am looking to build a dyno for an atv. The motor max output is around 25 to 50 ftlbs and between 33 and 70 hp. This is hi reving motor so keep in mind that any dyno ideas would have to hold together all the way to 11,500 rpm.
I would like some sort of dyno were i can add load. Like have max load at a cetian rpm. So an interia dyno id ouot of the question.
What idea to you have?

That is a pretty fearsome engine speed, probably too much for any practical home dyno to run with safely. Why not dyno the output from the gearbox instead ?
