Help with manometer connections

I am trying to figure out where the best place is to hook up the incline and vertical manometers vacc lines.
If I rhember correctly the incline has to be hooked up with a line on each side of the seperator plate. But for the life of me i can't recall how the virt meter needs to be connected.
Any help or drawings would be much appreciated.

The vertical manometer for the test depression measurement generally connects to the plenum below the test hole. Only one side of the vertical manometer is connected and the other side is open to ambiant air pressure.
